Shipping is calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out for discounts and offers on raeandcolette.shop. 

How long will shipping take? 

All mail shipments will take approximately 1-3 business days to ship out. Tracking will be provided at the time of pickup by the carrier. (We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.) 

What happens if my product has a defect? 

Please send an email raeandcolette@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you and issue a return or replacement.

Do you have a physical store? 

No, we are an online boutique only. 

What do I do if an item is out of stock? 

Please send us an email at raeandcolette@gmail.com and we will be sure to work with you to see if the item can be reordered. 

Can I pick up any of my items after purchase? 

Unfortunately, we are online only. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

How do I find out the status of my order? 

Once the order is purchased, you will receive tracking information at the time of pick up by the carrier.
